Foundation day of Assam Academy of Mathematics Golaghat branch observed

GOLAGHAT: The Assam Academy of Mathematics Golaghat branch recently observed its third foundation day. The occasion was observed through Google Meet platform where the officials and members of the Academy, 'Ganitor Hoite Khelu Aha' and Mathematics Club members took part.
In the meeting, the works of Assam Academy of Mathematics, Golaghat branch in the last three years were briefed and also upcoming projects were discussed. The programme started with a song by Kakoli Borthakur from Jorhat. Assam Academy of Mathematics Golaghat branch president Dr Bipul Chandra Bhuyan welcomed all the guests. Wrangler from Cambridge University and presently working as a Professor at IIT Guwahati, Dr Anupam Saikia, well known mathematician and Ramanujan Fellow Holder Ayan Nath delivered speech on various topics.
