Four injured in road mishap on NH-37 as Tata Ultra passenger bus collides with bike

Boko: A road accident took place on NH-37 at Boko in Kamrup district on Wednesday when a Tata Ultra passenger bus coming from Dhubri towards Guwahati and a Bajaj Pulsar 220 bike coming from the opposite direction collided head-on. In the incident, two-year-old Srenit Sangma and three others - Walkhar Sangma (30), Salini Sangma (25) and Rukmi Marak (18) from Pillingkata village in Ri-Bhoi district, Meghalaya were injured seriously. Local public and Boko Police immediately admitted them to the Boko First Refer Unit Hospital but doctors referred them to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital for better treatment. After the accident, the bus driver surrendered himself at Boko Police Station.
