Four members of same family fall sick after dinner in Tinsukia under suspicious condition

Tinsukia: In a startling incident, all four members of the same family in Tinsukia’s DM Lohia Road have been shifted to Assam Medical College Hospital in Dibrugarh under critical condition on Wednesday night.

As per reports, the four members identified as Ram Jeevan Sureka, his wife Sushila Sureka, daughter Prerna Sureka and eight-year-old son suddenly fell sick after consuming their meal last night.

The local people suspect that the housemaid has done this serious crime by adding something in the food last night, however, the matter seems to very suspicious and police is carrying out an investigation in connection to the incident.

Notably, it is very difficult to ascertain the actual cause of the incident, as all the family members are being hospitalized at AMCH, said one of the local people.
