Girl injured by wild horse near Demow in Nitaipukhuri

DEMOW: A girl was injured by a wild horse near Demow in Nitaipukhuri on Tuesday. According to sources, Nitumoni Barua, a resident of Padumoni Gaon and a student of Class IX in Nitaipukhuri Srimanta Sankardev School, on Tuesday morning went out for tuition. A wild horse attacked the girl near the Nitaipukhuri Masjid due to which she was seriously injured. The local people came and saved her life. They took her to Demow Model Hospital. Indica Gogoi, Demow Circle Officer, and Manuranjan Gogoi, OC of Demow Police Station, took stock of the situation.
