Gobinda Basumatary of UPPL wins from Bhairabkunda

UDALGURI: Gobinda Basumatary of the United People's Party Liberal (UPPL) won the 38 Bhairabkunda council constituency defeating his nearest rival Birdou Basumatari of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Sanjay Swargiari of UPPL won the 36 Harisinga seat defeating his nearest rival of the Bodoland People's Party (BPF), Tridip Daimari, the former BTC speaker. Dr. Nilut Swargiari of UPPL won the 40 Rowta constituency defeating his nearest rival of the BPF. Dipak Mour of the BJP won the 39 Panchnoi Serfang by defeating former EM Shyam Sundi of the BPF. In 37 Dhwnsiri, Fresh Muchahari of BPF won by defeating his nearest rival of the UPPL.
