GOC, Lt General Rana Pratap Kalita visits Baghjan

TINSUKIA: Lt General Rana Pratap Kalita, GOC and Commander of 3 Corps of Indian Army, visited Baghjan, the site of oil blowout on Friday. Accompanied by senior OIL officials and GOC of Dinjan-based 2 Mt Division Sanjeeb Chauhan, Brig Rohit Sehgal of 181 Mt Bridade, Gen Kalita inspected the Bailey bridge which the Army has been constructing over a pond near the blast site to transport heavy machineries for dousing the flames.
