Golaghat observes National Road Safety Month

GOLAGHAT: Along with other parts of the country, the 32nd National Road Safety Month is being observed by the Golaghat District Transport Department (GDSA). It is to be noted that the District Transport Office of Golaghat has been organizing programmes continuously to observe the Month. On Sunday, a marathon race was organized in which boys and girls took part with enthusiasm. In the inaugural session GDSA vice president Dinesh Gogoi and Nripen Baruah along with DTO DhruvajyotiKarjee were felicitated with Gamocha. The objective of the programme was explained by DTO DhruvajyotiKarjee and other distinguish guests spoke on road safety. The programme was flagged off by Dinesh Gogoi and the DTO jointly. On the other hand, MVI ParagSaika was busy with his team in smooth functioning of the marathon race.
