Governor holds review meeting with Chirang district administration
KOKRAJHAR: The Governor of Assam, Gulab Chand Kataria on Wednesday held a review meeting with the Deputy Commissioner of Chirang, Superintendent of Police, Chirang, heads of security agencies and all head of the departments of Chirang district in the conference hall of the DC’s office Chirang.
The Governor reviewed the work status and assessed the progress of the flagship schemes of central and state governments and expressed his satisfaction with the overall progress made by the district and provided his suggestions for speedy completion of all ongoing of central and state government schemes in a time-bound manner with maintaining quality as per guidelines of the schemes. He also interacted with Superintendent of Police, Chirang and head of the security forces about law and order and various activities in the district. He also suggested for plantation in every campus of government offices and institutions.
P. Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy, Deputy Commissioner of Chirang, Pranjit Bora, Superintendent of Police of Chirang, Abhishek Jain, SDO(C), Bijni, Additional Deputy Commissioners, Chirang, Circle Officers of Bijni, Sidli and Bengtol, Assistant Commissions, Chirang and all head of the Departments of Chirang district were present in the meeting.
