Guardian Secretary B Kalyan Chakravarthy visits COVID vaccination centres in Sivasagar

SIVASAGAR: Principal Secretary to the Government of Assam, Higher Education Department, B Kalyan Chakravarthy, who is also Guardian Secretary for Sivasagar district, visited various vaccination centres at Sivasagar on Saturday.

He visited Sibsagar Government HS & MP School, Milan Mandir and took stock of the vaccination process. He appreciated the Sivasagar district administration, health workers, social organizations and the people for their sincere effort and overwhelming support to make the vaccination drive successful.

The senior IAS officer also held a meeting at Circuit House and also at the Sukafa conference hall of the DC's Office, Sivasagar to review and take stock of various issues. He was accompanied by Sivasagar Deputy Commissioner Bishnu Kamal Borah, Superintendent of Police Rakesh Roushan, District Development Commissioner Pranab Jit Kakoty, Additional Deputy Commissioner Bitupan Neog and other civil officials.
