Guwahati is celebrating Prathistha Dina Puja of Lord Purbanchal Shree Ayyappa

GUWAHATI: As performed every year, Purbanchal Shree Ayyappa Mandir, Guwahati is celebrating the Prathistha Dina Puja and association rituals from February 5 to 8. As per information from the temple administration, there will be daily puja like Mahaganapathi Homan at 5:30 am, Ushapuja at 7:30 am, Udayasthamana Puja from 7:30 pm and associated rituals, puja and Annadanam every day. Puja performed with the accompaniment of traditional percussion led “Chenda Melam, Panchavadyam” etc by artists from Kerela and the ritualistic activities will be performed and supervised by learned priests from Kerela. The temple authorities appeal to all the devotees to be part of the puja celebrations and be blessed by Lord Shree Ayyappa, stated a press release.
