Holy Child English School observed Swachh Bharat Swachh School programme

JAMUGURIHAT: On the eve of the 77th Independence Day, the Holy Child English School observed Swachh Bharat Swachh School mission on Monday at the school premises as per the directives of the CBSE board. The school authority had conducted a cleanliness drive inside the school campus and conducted a mega plantation drive inside the school premises along with both sides of 4 kms long Gamiripal-Jamugurihat road. Senior scribe of Jamugurihat Hiranya Bora inaugurated the plantation drive. Inaugurating the mega plantation drive, scribe Bora praised the initiative of the school authority and made a humble appeal to all concerned to put their hands together to make the environment clean and green for our next generation. The programme was attended by Sanjay Kumar Newar, secretary of the school, Kumar Newar, principal, Abhijit Borkataky, convener along with the teachers, students and guardians.
