Human Organ Supplier and Mastermind of Kidney Selling Racket Arrested in Assam

Dibrugarh: The Ghoramora of Dibrugarh have arrested the mastermind behind the human organ trafficking and kidney selling, Girin Sonowal.

The arrest was made after a long chasing by the police on Sunday.

It is reported that Girin Sonowal disguised as Gautam Sonowal has been arrested by the police of Ghoramora last night from the Tengakhat area. The person has been secretly doing all such illegal activities for a long time and had been on the list top most wanted criminals of the area. The person came to be known as a resident of the Lejai's Lalmati area of Dibrugarh.

For a long time, the human organ trafficking mastermind has been playing hide and seek with the administrative officials. Ultimately on Sunday, he was trapped by the local police.

The Ghoramora police team along with a strong team led by the in-charge of this police station of Dibrugarh, Jyotish Kumar Nath arrested this most wanted criminal of the area which gained immense appreciation and encouragement from all around the state.

In another news,  one such dangerous racket of human organ trafficking had also been arrested by the police from the state just a few months back. It is seen that since the last few years, such cases of organ supplies and human trafficking have become very common in the country as a whole; and Assam is no exception in this regard.

The busting out of these activities of human organs including kidney brokers has kept the government of the state under pressure. However, it is also found out that other kinds of illegal activities have also arisen in the past year.

The reason behind this is often found out to be the extreme level of poverty faced by the middle class as well as a poorer section of the society during the Corona Virus Epidemic period. Such activities need to be acted against very strictly so that commoners of the place can live without any kind of fear.
