GOLAGHAT: Palki Sarma, who recently got her name registered in the India Book of Records was felicitated by the Women Cell, IQAC, H. P. B. Girls' College, Golaghat in association with the Department of Political Science. She holds the record of making embroidery of 20 miniature portraits of great Indian personalities in a piece of cloth. Palki graduated from the Department of Education of the College this year. The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Deepa Phukan Baruah who congratulated and wished Palki many more such laurels. Dr. Bipul Ch Bhuyan, Principal of the College too expressed happiness in the feat achieved by the college student. The session was moderated by Dr. Bulbuli Boruah, HoD, Dept. of Political Science.
