LAKHIMPUR: Under the government's ambitious UDAN scheme, passengers will now be able to travel from Lakhimpur's Lilabati airport to Tezpur at just Rs. 150.
The most affordable flight service will cover its route in 50 minutes. Not only does this flight service provide a cost-effective and time-saving travel option, but it also enhances regional connectivity significantly.

This new route will mark a new milestone in Assam's transportation sector with faster, cheaper and more comfortable travel.
Meanwhile, Alliance Air has announced the resumption of flight operations in the Jorhat-Pasighat and Jorhat-Tezu route, which will significantly enhance inter-state connectivity in the northeastern region.
The airline will resume its services on the Jorhat-Pasighat route on March 30, 2025, providing a vital link between Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. Furthermore, the resumption of flights on the Jorhat-Tezu route will boost connectivity between Assam and Arunachal.
