International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples observed in Sivasagar

Joysagar: With the rest of the State, the International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples was also observed in Sivasagar by the Ahom Xena, Sivasagar District Committee in the historic Rang Ghar premises on Thursday.

On this occasion, the central committee president Ankuran Phukan presided over the meeting and many speakers focused on the rights of indigenous people.
