Jagiroad Police nabbed one illegal coal trader from NH-37

JAGIROAD: The Jagiroad Police on Thursday acting on a tip-off nabbed one illegal coal trader Mahammad Sakil from NH-37. Police sources said that a car bearing registration no AS 02Y 8562 and some incriminatory documents related to illegal coal trade were also seized from him. It is alleged that Md. Sakil was operating the banned trade from Nagaon and collected coal from Meghalaya via Ulukunchi and Jagiroad. A police investigation is on.
