Kamargaon college shines in Dibrugarh University Final Exams

BOKAKHAT: The people of Kamargaon expressed satisfaction over the commendable performance of Kamargaon College, one of the leading educational institutions in Golaghat district, in the recently declared Dibrugarh University undergraduate 6th semester final examinations.

Out of a total of 134 students who appeared for the examination, 117 passed, resulting in an impressive pass percentage of 87.31% for the college. Notably, two students secured A+ grades, while 37 students achieved A grades, and a total of 71 students secured First Class.

Among the standout achievers, Iramoni Barbora of the Sociology Department secured 2nd rank in First Class, Ankita Saikia secured the 19th rank in First Class, Nikita Jayaswal of the English Department secured the 8th rank in First Class, Jilmil Roudal secured the 27th rank, and Lekharani Hatiborua jointly secured the 32nd rank. From the Assamese Department, Alful Abeliya secured the 16th rank, Karina Taid secured the 30th rank, and Nabonita Laying secured the 33rd rank.

From the History Department, Debi Morang secured the 18th rank, and Mainu Laying secured the 40th rank. From the Education Department, Dimpi Bhuyan secured the 23rd rank, and Dimpi Gogoi secured the 38th rank. Principal Dr Gautam Kumar Saikia, along with the entire college fraternity, expressed satisfaction over this promising result.
