Kaziranga University partners with India Thai Chamber of Commerce

Jorhat, February 19: Kaziranga University today signed an MoU with the India Thai Chamber of Commerce as part of the iugural day session of the Assam Intertiol Trade and Industrial Fair held in Jorhat. ITCC is an official organization assisting and serving businesses trading or investing between Thailand and India and enhancing cooperation between the two countries. As part of the MoU, both KU and ITCC will utilize the services of each other to promote the cause of higher and technical education, research, industry, trade and commerce and economic development of the NE Region. Additiolly KU shall provide access to its library and academic achievements consisting of various literature and information related to NE Region to ITCC. KU and ITCC will focus on the promotion of first generation entrepreneurs and women entrepreneurs in the region. For this, both organizations will jointly conduct awareness programs, workshops and customized training programs. KU and ITCC will jointly award certificates, diplomas etc. to participants carrying out studies or research work on education, economic and infrastructure development in the region.
