Land Advisory Committee (LAC) meeting held at Dibrugarh, Assam

Dibrugarh, July 19: In a bid to allot land to the landless tea community families falling under the East and West Revenue Circles of the Dibrugarh district, a meeting of the Land Advisory Committee (LAC) was held at the office of the East Circle Officer on Thursday. In the meeting presided over by the Chairman of the LAC as well as ADC, Dipu Kumar Deka, the proposals of allotting 102 bigha 2 katha 4 lecha of land to such 78 landless families under East Revenue Circle and 148 bigha 2 lecha of land to 65 such families under West Revenue Circle were approved. The meeting was attended by many officials including Lahoal MLA as well as member of LAC, Rituparna Baruah and Circle officer of Dibrugarh West Revenue Circle, Tarali Das.Dibrugarh
