Lajinanga Jaowaisw a Collection of short stories released

KOKRAJHAR: Lajinanga Jaowaisw, a collection of short stories written by Ajit Kr. Basumatary, was released by Additional Deputy Commissioner of Chirang, Karmadev Brahma on Sunday in a get-together of the 1991-92 batch of Kokrajhar College held in Kokrajhar.

The newly-released book of Basumatary has 27 short stories. The book was published by AnsumaMahilary, CHD, I&PR, BTC under Mahilary Publications, Kokrajhar. This is the third book of writer who has been associated with Bodo Sahitya Sabha (BSS) and media organizations for long. The writer hails from the remote village South Aflagaon of Kokrajhar district and he writes stories, one-act plays, novels and screenplay.
