Lakhimpur district unit of BJP Mahila Morcha executive meet held

LAKHIMPUR: An executive meet of the Lakhimpur district unit of Mahila Morcha, the sister wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was held in North Lakhimpur on Tuesday.

The event commenced at the conference hall of the District Xahitya Xabha Bhavan with Eli Dutta Borah in the chair. In the meeting, detailed discussion was held on the implementation of the developmental schemes adapted by the BJP-led State and Union governments. The meeting laid stress on the proper implementation of these schemes for the welfare of the common people.

Lakhimpur district BJP president Phanidhar Baruah, State Mahila Morcha dignitary Snigdha Hazarika and BJP secretary Kishor Upadhyay spoke at the event.
