Lakhimpur Hindu Yuba Chatra Parishad, Asom hails scrapping of Article 370 and 35(A)

LAKHIMPUR: The Lakhimpur unit of Hindu Yuba Chatra Parishad, Asom (HYCPA) has hailed the BJP government at the Centre for its historic triumph on scrapping Articles 370 and 35(A) pertaining to Jammu and Kashmir.

In a press communiqué, Lakhimpur unit HYCPA president Jugma Jyoti Dutta and general secretary Madhav Das stated, “We welcome the historic milestone which was achieved by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Union Government by scrapping Articles 370 and 35(A) pertaining to Jammu and Kashmir by establishing the ‘One Nation, One Constitution’ ideology. We hope Jammu-Kashmir will shine as developed territories of the nation being enriched with healthy environment and free from insurgency and terrorism.” Notably, the organization observed Vijay Utsav in Lakhimpur on Tuesday for this achievement of the Union Government.
