Lanka Mahavidyalaya organised National level Webinar on Bhakti Andolan

To disseminate the ideas and philosophy of Mahapurush Srimanta Sankardeva and other saints of Assam and Northeast

LANKA: To disseminate the ideas and philosophy of Mahapurush Srimanta Sankardeva and other saints of Assam and Northeast ,the Department of Hindi of Lanka Mahavidyalaya in association with IQAC, Lanka Mahavidyalaya organised a National level Webinar on the topic ' Uttarpurv Bharat Mein Bhakti Andolan Ka Vikash Avam Vistar' on August 5.

Professor Dilip Kumar Medhi, Department of Hindi, Gauhati University and retired Associate Professor Dr Achyut Sarma had graced the webinar as resource persons. More than 300 research scholars, academicians, faculties and students of various colleges and universities of the country took part in this webinar.

The webinar was inaugurated by the principal of Lanka Mahavidyalaya Dr Amarjit Sing Bhui. Former Vice Principal of Lanka Mahavidyalaya Dr Guneswar Saikia, IQAC coordinator Dr Lukendra Kakati and HoD,Hindi Dr Nibedita Nath also addressed the participants.
