A CORRESPONDENT
JAMUGURIHAT: A two-day legal awareness programme was held in various locations comprising four gaon panchayats of Sootea LAC on March 24 and 25 in Jamugurihat. The Legal Awareness Programme was initiated by the Institute of Rural Development in association with State Human Resource Development. The legal programme was held at Pub Mudadol GP, Dakhin Mudadol GP, Uttar Chilabandha GP and Pu Barbhagiya GP respectively. Nirmal Chandra Deka graced the programme as a resource person. He briefed about various provisions of legal services.
