Liquor seized by Static Surveillance Team (SST) under Tinsukia Election District

TINSUKIA: The Static Surveillance Team (SST) under Tinsukia Election District which comprises of Tinsukia, Doomdooma and Digboi LACs has seized 9820.78 litres of liquor. While Excise department confiscated 4532.38 litres, the State police seized 5288 litres. The MCC unit issued 2 notices to political parties for violation of Model Code of Conduct and filed an FIR in Tinsukia PS till date.
