Man allegedly killed his elder brother with an axe in Doomdooma

DOOMDOOMA: One Parshuram Dungri (27) of Line No. 2 of Beesakopie Tea Estate under Doomdooma Police Station, allegedly killed his elder brother Budhuram Dungri (32) with an axe on Saturday night. Police arrested Parshuram and on interrogation, he confessed to committing the crime. He also informed the police that his elder brother Budhuram used to beat their mother after consuming liquor and so he killed him. Police registered a case bearing no. 290/2020) U/s 302 of IPC and sent the body for post-mortem.
