Mangaldai girl Akangkhya Bora shines in CBSE

MANGALDAI: Akangkhya Bora of Mangaldai has brought laurel by securing a total of 493 marks (98.6%) in the Class XII board examination under CBSE in the recently declared results in the Science stream. She has secured 100 in mathematics, 99 in Biology, 96 in Physics, 96 in Chemistry, 98 in English and 100 in Physical Education. She is the daughter of Dr Kamala Kanta Bora –HoD of Chemistry department of Mangaldai College and Dr Rup Rekha Kalita SM&HO of Pothorughat Block Health Centre and resident of Upahupara of Mangaldai. Akangkhya appeared in the examination from Don Bosco, Guwahati.
