Mangalmoy Book Festival- 2020 slated from March 11 in Lakhimpur

LAKHIMPUR: Mangalbodh Jagaran Kendra, a social institution of Lakhimpur, dedicated to working for the uplift of humanity, nature, language, and culture, education and health, will organize a book fair in North Lakhimpur town with a view to rendering contribution to the revolution of wisdom of the State. The event titled ‘Mangalmoy Grantha Utsav- 2020 (Mangalmoy Book Festival- 2020) will be held from March 11 to March 15 with a five-day-long agenda.

In connection with the event, the book fair organizing committee will publish a souvenir titled Grantha Baibhav. Meanwhile, all kinds of arrangements and due processes are being made to publish the souvenir to mark it as a document full of intellectual resources. Various types of write-ups, related to books along with social, cultural, literary and humanitarian subject-matters, are sought in order to publish in the souvenir. The book fair organizing committee has decided to hold some unique programmes related to literature, culture, academic and intellectual subjects during the five-day-long events. The Natun Sur Publication and Mangalmoy Prerana Awards will also be conferred during a special programme in the book fair.
