Meeting Held At Nagrijuli Tea Estate To Condole Dr Deben Dutta's Demise

Tamulpur: An awareness-cum-condolence programme on the demise of Dr Deben Dutta of Teok Tea Estate was held on Tuesday evening at Nagrijuli Tea Estate under Tamulpur subdivision in the district of Baksa.

The meeting was conducted by Senior Manager of Nagrijuli Tea Estate, Pradeep Kr. Tewari where deputy manager of the tea garden, Probin Saikia along with management staff, the president of the garden unit of Assam Chah Mazdoor Sangha president Jiban Tirkey along with garden workers were present in the meeting.

Before the awareness programme, a condolence meeting was held to mourn the demise of Dr. Deben Dutta. After the condolence meeting, the awareness meeting was held in the office premises of the garden which was conducted by Senior Manager Pradip Kr. Tiwari. Addressing the meeting, many conscious people said that brutal attack on the innocent doctor was unfortunate and unexpected in this era of civilization. No man should be involved in such an incident again.

Conscious people urged the public not to take law and order in their hands as police administration and general administration were there to give justice and security to common people.
