Mega vaccination drive at Buwalguri High School

MORIGAON: A mega vaccination drive was inaugurated by the president of Morigaon Zila Parishad, Isma Ara Begum at Buwalguri High School under Laharighat block under strict COVID-19 protocol on Friday.

The mega vaccination drive was launched at the initiative of Deputy Commissioner Seema Rekha Bhuyan with an aim to contain the COVID-19 pandemic in areas like Bowalguri, Kacharibori, Mahmora, Titatala and Lalaibori.

The president of Morigaon Zila Parishad had submitted a written application to the Deputy Commissioner for a mega vaccination drive at Buwalguri High School on June 22. The Deputy Commissioner took immediate steps for making the vaccination drive a success.
