Meritorious students felicitated

Doomdooma, June 8: All Moran Students’ Union (AMSU), Doomdooma Regional Committee organised a special felicitation programme for HSLC and HSSLC pass meritorious students at Moran Kala- Sanskriti Bhaban, Rupaisiding near Doomdooma on Thursday. The meeting which was presided over by president Joy Kanta Moran was addressed by principal of Doomdooma College Dr Prakash Jyoti Borthaur, associate professor of Doomdooma College Biren Hazarika, among others.

In the beginning the secretary Khagen Moran explained the objectives of the meeting. The Learners High School, Rupaisiding also felicitated the 24 HSLC students on Thursday in the felicitation meeting organised in the school premises which was attended by its director Verghese Panjikoran, headmaster Abhijit Khataniar and assistant headmaster Bireswar Chaudhary. Two distinction holders Chinmoyee Sonowal and Anand Kumar Shah were personally awarded by headmaster Abhijit Khataniar.
