Meritorious students of HSLC exam 2020 felicitated in Baksa district

BAKSA: The top five students of Baksa district who secured distinction marks in the HSLC exam, 2020 were felicitated by the district administration of Baksa at a function held on Friday at the conference hall of Deputy Commissioner's office.

Bidisha Khaklari (96.83 per cent) of Bathou Ashram HS School, Barama, Jyotiraditta Thakuria (95.33 per cent) and Hirakjyoti Boro (94.83 per cent) of St. John HS School, Barama, Aman Barman (94.66 per cent ) of Kadamtola High School and Jweljyoti Kalita (94.33 per cent) of Naokata Milan HS School were felicitated by Deputy Commissioner Ranjan Sarma with aronai, a citation and a dictionary each. The pass percentage of the district was 69.72 per cent against the State percentage of 64.80 per cent this year.
