Minister Pijush Hazarika reviews progress of ongoing erosion work at Rohmoria

DIBRUGARH: Assam Water Resources Minister Pijush Hazarika on Sunday took stock of the progress of the work at Rohmoria.

The anti-erosion work has been going on at Lukasune to Liting village, for which Rs 15.35 crore was alloted. For another project Rs 46.60 crore was alloted to strengthen Nagakhuli to Auckland.

The works has been going on in full swing to complete the work on time.

Speaking to reporters, Pijush Hazarika said, "I've visited the site to take stock of the progress of the work. Our government is determined to solve the erosion problem."
