Minor Girl From Mumbai Recovered In Assam's Nagaon District

Nagaon: The Mumbai Police on Sunday recovered a minor girl from Kothiatoli in Assam's Nagaon district.

According to reports, the family members of the minor girl had lodged a missing report at the Turbhe Police station in Navi Mumbai in December 2021.

Following the missing report, and acting on inputs, the Mumbai Police arrived in Kothiatoli in Nagaon and in collaboration with the local police, the Mumbai police recovered the girl.

The said girl, identified as Sanjana Raj Choudhury was recovered from the house of a person named Abdul Rajak in the Xogunbari area.

The girl is a resident of Bhusawal in the Jalgaon district of Maharashtra.

Meanwhile, the duo has been taken into custody by the Mumbai Police.
