Miscreant arrested with rifle at Sonari, Assam

JOYSAGAR, July 17: The CRPF camping in Sonari town arrested a miscreant from Taukak near Sonari and also recovered one country-made rifle and a sharp dagger from his possession. The accused was identified as Yaaf Konyak (48) and he came from Mon District of Nagaland, sources informed. When the CRPF patrol party spotted this man wandering near Taukak suspiciously, sleuths nabbed him and during checking, the rifle and the dagger were recovered.
