Miscreants break plaque near Makhipara village in Dudhnoi

DUDHNOI: The names of the donors on a plaque who were placed on the wall of the premises of Shaheed Bedi dedicated to the Rabha National movement martyr on the 17th National Highway near Makhipara village under Dudhnoi police station area were broken by unidentified miscreants on Saturday night. The incident was strongly condemned by All Rabha Students' Union, All Rabha Mahila Parishad and Sixth Schedule Demand Committee. In connection with the incident, the three organizations jointly lodged an FIR at Dudhnoi police station to ensure that the miscreants involved in the incident are punished at the earliest.
