Morigaon Nehru Yuba Kendra distributes Sports Equipment

MORIGAON: Altogether 126 youth clubs received sports equipment in the youth convention organized by Morigaon Nehru Yuba Kendra (NYK) at Gandhi Bhavan on Wednesday. The district youth convention was formally inaugurated by ADC Lachit Das. An open meeting related to the youth convention was held which was formally inaugurated by the State Director of NYK, Angsuman Prasad Das. It was presided over by District Coordinator Pramathes Chakrabarty. Dhananjay Talukdar, accountant, Nehru Yuba Kendra, conducted the youth convention and felicitated invited guests and journalists with gamusa. Earlier, students of various schools danced to the beat of patriotic songs.
