Nagaon police on Saturday rescued two missing teenaged from a minority-dominated village under Batadraba police station and arrested a miscreant who allegedly attempted to traffic them outside.

NAGAON: Nagaon police on Saturday rescued two missing teenaged from a minority-dominated village under Batadraba police station and arrested a miscreant who allegedly attempted to traffic them outside.
As per police report, the two girls were missing from the heart of the town since Thursday. Acting on a tip off, police nabbed the miscreant- Mujammil Hoque and later rescued the two from his custody. As alleged, Hoque kidnapped both of the two and tried to hand them over to traffickers.
