National Flag unfurled upside down at Udalguri DC office playground on 73rd Independence Day

UDALGURI: The national flag was hoisted at Udalguri DC office playground by DC Dilip Kumar Das on the occasion of 73rd Independence Day. Two cops were suspended for their negligence in placing the tricolour properly. The flag was unfurled upside down. Dilip Kumar Das described extensively the development works going on in the district. There was enthusiasm prevailing in and around the district.
