National seminar concludes in Sivasagar college

DEMOW: The IQAC, HCDG College, Nitaipukhuri, Sivasagar organized a national seminar on the topic ‘Issues of Identity and Marginality in North East India: Challenges to Social Inclusion’ on February 26 and February 27 for two days in their college. On the first day of the national seminar, the ceremonial lamp was lit by Rajani Kanta Dutta, former president of the governing body of the college.
