NCC officer Leena Saikia conferred DG's Commendation

MANGALDAI: Director General of NCC Lieutenant General Gurbirpal Singh, in a ceremonial function at the North East Regional Directorate of NCC in Shillong on Thursday, presented the Director General's Commendation Card to Major (Dr) Leena Saikia Associate NCC Officer (ANO) of 73 Assam Girls (I) Coy, NCC Tezpur. She is serving as an Associate Professor at Mangaldai College. Additional Director General of NCC Shillong Major General Bhaskar Kalita and Group Commander Brig SS Gill are also present at the function. ANO Major (Dr.) Leena Saikia earlier in 2021 also received the Plaque from the Director General of NCC.
