NDRF organizes awareness on coronavirus at LGBI Airport Guwahati

Guwahati: A NDRF team comprised of Dr. Gouse-Ea- Azam T Senior Medical Officer, 1st Battalion NDRF along with Surendra Kumar, Assistant Commandant, Paramedic staff and NDRF rescuers organized an awareness program on Coronavirus at LGBI Airport Guwahati. The subjects which were covered during the awareness program were symptoms and complications, prevention, the transmission of Coronavirus and the use of personal protective equipment, face masks, etc.

Officials and representatives of different airlines including Air India, cargo staff and workers attended the program. During the awareness program, Dr. Gouse-Ea- Azam T Senior Medical Officer, 1st Battalion NDRF, Guwahati generated awareness on the general knowledge about the Coronavirus, its symptoms, and precautions. He advised for avoiding close contact with people who are sick, not touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands, to cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, etc, stated a press release.
