New Additional BTC Principal Secretary Rabinson Mashahary took charge

Kokrajhar: Additional Principal Secretary of BTC, Rabinson Mashahary on Monday took over the charge of Principal Secretary after Principal Secretary Biren Chandra Phukan was posted as Secretary, Handloom and Textile Department, Assam. Phukan was given a farewell at a function held at the BTC Secretariat conference hall on Monday. BTC EM Doneswar Goyary felicitated Phukan with traditional Aronai. Other senior officers of the council also attended the farewell function.
