New committee of Tai Ahom Yuva Parishad formed

NAMRUP: A new committee of Tai Ahom Yuva Parishad, Namrup unit was formed on Sunday at Namrup Tai Kala Kristi Kendra. The open session held on the occasion was presided over by Ananta Phukan, president of the Naharkatia Tai Ahom Yuva Parishad, in gracious presence of Arun Changmai, former president, Namrup Tai Kristi Kendra, and other dignitaries. The meeting unanimously decided and formed a new committee comprising of 21 members with Biswajit Baruah as president, Basanta Gogoi as general secretary and Binod Gogoi as executive president.
