Newsletter of Bir Raghav Moran Government Model College Doomdooma released

DOOMDOOMA: The first issue of the newsletter Jagriti of the newly-established Bir Raghav Moran Government Model College, Doomdooma was formally released by the president of the Governing Body (GB)-cum-Deputy Commissioner (DC), Tinsukia, Narasingh Pawar on Tuesday at the conference hall of the DC office.

Besides this, three other books -compilation of research papers - edited by Abhilasha Phukan, Annekha Gogoi and Nipan Kalita respectively were also released in that inaugural function. On the other hand, Development Commissioner Nayanmoni Bhagawati released a book authored by Principal Dr Amarjit Saikia. DC Pawar in his speech said that it would be his endeavor to complete the construction of the college building at its permanent site within two years from now and he further assured that the current batch of students would in no way suffer as due attention would be given to required infrastructural development for smoothing functioning of the classes.

Principal Dr Saikia in his speech put on record his appreciation for MP Pradan Baruah and MLA Rupesh Goala for extending their all co-operation for the college.
