NGOs Gana Sewa and Keritus India organized mock drill
A mock drill on natural calamity was organized by two Guwahati based NGOs Gana Sewa and Keritus India at Geruwa at Laharighat block in the district on Monday.

MORIGAON: A mock drill on natural calamity was organized by two Guwahati based NGOs Gana Sewa and Keritus India at Geruwa at Laharighat block in the district on Monday. The mock drill programme was organized considering the precautionary measures to be taken at the time of a natural calamity.
The NGOs have performed the mock drill considering the safety of lives of 20 flood-affected villages during natural calamities. The organizations distributed life jackets, torchlights etc among 20 villages.
