Nine Tablighi Jammaties detained in Kharupetia

Kharupetia: Nine persons, who took part in the Nizamuddin Dargah’s last jammat in Delhi, have been detained by the police from Kharupetia, Darang, on Sunday. Police informed media that the persons have hidden in the home of one Yakub Ali for last few days from where they were detained. The detainees were identified as Danish Ali, Kafil Ali, Samser, Jayed Ali, Ajmal, Mubasir, Saniullah, Habibur Akram and Shoyeb Ali. Defying the government call to go to the hospital for COVID-19 screening test they went to Yakub home and hid there, police said.
