Nitaipukhuri Police Arrested Three for demanding money

DEMOW: Three youths were arrested by police for demanding money from a person of Demow Raichai. Nitaipukhuri Police arrested three youths- Dipanjal Barua (23), a resident of Moran Natun Nagar, Akash Barua (19), a resident of Demow Dehajan and son of Haribindu Barua, and Surajit Debnath (20), a resident of Demow Dehajan and son of Sujal Debnath. According to sources, Thaneswar Gogoi, a resident of Raichai Gaon, was asked to pay Rs 2 lakh by a group of miscreants. He lodged an FIR in Nitaipukuri Police Station. After that, the Nitaipukhuri Police investigated the matter and arrested the three youths. Police are looking for the fourth youth who was also involved in this.
