No.1 Rongbong Pathar LP School teacher Sabita Bora bags National Award

Numaligarh: Sabita Bora, assistant teacher of No.1 Rongbong Pathar LP School, has been selected for a national award for her innovative ideas in educating the school children. The award is given to the most innovative teachers for their innovative ideas on education. Sabita Bora in her innovative way of education focused on creating a strong creative sense in the students. She will be felicitated with other teachers selected for the award at an event organized by Sri Aurobindo Society from February 27 to March 2 at IIT, New Delhi. The award ceremony will be chaired by the Union Minister of Human Resource Development. After the announcement of the award, talking to this correspondent, Sabita Bora said, “On October 29, 2019, I participated in a teacher training programme organized by Sri Aurobindo society at Doigrung ME School. The theme of the training was to add innovative ideas in teaching methods. The organizers collected innovative ideas in education from all participants. I am really happy and excited. I look forward to undergoing such training in the future. These kinds of training will be really helpful for me and the other teachers as well.”
