No helmet, no fuel in Tinsukia district

TINSUKIA: The Deputy Commissioner-cum- Licensing Authority, in exercise of the powers conferred under the provision of the Assam Trade Articles (Licensing &Control) Order 1982 on Wednesday, directed all retail outlets of MS (Motor Spirit) & HSD (High Speed Diesel) in the Tinsukia district not to issue/sale fuel to any two-wheeler customer without helmet (both rider and pillion rider), besides banning the parking of any type of vehicle within the premises of retail outlet of MS & HSD.
